‘Freedom’ is our price plan whereby your customer pays an automatically added service fee to their booking which means you pay ZERO for both your use of BookingHound as well as NO credit card processing fees.
The benefit to you being that you retain 100% of your ticket price.
We offer 2 alternate price plans that are priced depending on the features you need.
These plans are charged based on how many transactions you put thru the system each month which can vary month to month.
Not unless you have agreed to a set term contract that usually includes special pricing for transaction volumes or long term loyalty.
Use all the features of your chosen ‘Pro’ or ‘Enterprise’ plan for a full 30 days. You will be able to receive payment for online bookings when you have entered your credit card details, which is how you pay us for your use of BookingHound once your free 30 day trial has ended.
There is no trial period for the ‘Freedom’ plan as its transaction based.

Don’t worry, if you are unexpectedly busy, we will only charge you more for that specific month. You can relax in the knowledge that the monthly transaction rate is reset for each subsequent month.
No. Amendments to existing bookings are not chargeable.
Yes, if you think you will transact more than 500 bookings a month then please contact us so we can discuss preferred pricing for your company/organsation.
If your organisation is a charity, we recognise the great work you do and we want to help.
This is why we offer a 20% discount to all charitable organisations.
To confirm you qualify, simply email us a copy of your charity registration document to letstalk@bookinghound.com

NO. BookingHound is online so you can access it from any computer that has access to the internet.
You (and your approved agents/resellers or affiliates) can sell any type of spaces and/or reservation; extras, vouchers as well as redeem them.
If you are organising a number of events/activities/meetings/seminars or training sessions that may or not be chargeable that don’t have complex booking requirements then you should choose our ‘Premium’ or ‘Pro’ versions.
For everything else, you should choose ‘Enterprise’ as this is our full featured version.
Email and telephone technical support are offered which are serviced from our UK offices.
Services such as web design are also available. Please call us for a quote.
Yes, all bookings made via BookingHound are secure.
The only limit is your imagination!
Yes, BookingHound has extensive facilities to support your sales via 3rd parties.

These can be found on the registration page and must be agreed to before you can use BookingHound.
